System that allows transferring temperature from one fluid to another; either to cool or heat. a fluid goes through the larger tube with lateral inlet and lateral outlet at 90? and the other fluid enters through the lower head; ascends and exits through the upper head; without getting to mix with each other; due to the internal tube bundle.
