These terms and conditions describe the rules and regulations for the use of the Libreria CAD website, located at http://libreriacad.com/.

By accessing this website, we assume that you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Libreria CAD if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions set forth on this page.

You must not:

Copy or republish material from CAD Library
Sell, rent or sublicense CAD Library material
Reproduce on external websites, duplicate or copy material from the CAD Library
Redistribute CAD Library content

Of the Creation and Use of Accounts

Librería CAD reserves the right to reject any registration request or to cancel a previously accepted registration, without being obliged to communicate or expose the reasons for its decision and without this generating any right to compensation or compensation.

The Account in Libreria CAD is personal, unique and non-transferable, and it is prohibited for the same User to register or have more than one Account. In the event that Liberia CAD detects different Accounts that contain matching or related data, it may cancel, suspend or disable them.

The User will access his personal account (“My Account”) by entering his “User Name” and chosen personal security code (“Password”). The User undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of his "User Name" and Password.

The maximum number of files downloaded per day will be 20 for free accounts and 150 for Premium accounts, beyond these, the account will be blocked for 24 hours and then it will be functional again.

From Shared Projects

By submitting your project to Libreriacad.com you accept that this project will become public and become free circulation material.

By becoming public, the user accepts that his work may be used, manipulated and modified by third parties, losing the right to initiate any legal action related to the use that is given after publication.

Shared projects are voluntary, in exchange for the effective publication or intention by Librería CAD to publish the works sent, the sender will receive a period of permanence in the Premium subscription, without limitations and for a time to be determined by Libreriacad.com.

The time the user remains in the Premium subscription will depend on the quality and quantity of works that the sender sends and are effectively published.

Once a work is published, and the user becomes a Premium Contributor for the term of time that is opportunely decided, the project contributed by the user will become part of the library for an indefinite time, and the withdrawal of the works cannot be requested. same once the access time to the Premium subscription has expired.

The Libreria CAD team undertakes not to use the works that have been discarded or rejected and to their subsequent destruction.

We estimate a maximum time of 60 days from receipt of a work, for its review and publication, after this period the sender must consider his shipment as discarded, without the need for any notification from Libreria CAD.

The acceptance of the papers does not imply the immediate publication of the approved papers, which may be delayed for editorial reasons.

Reservation of rights

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. By continually visiting our website, you agree to be bound by and abide by these binding terms and conditions.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any service at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be suspended only upon the expiration of the applicable period for which you have already made payment.

CAD Library may modify the General Terms and Conditions at any time.

CAD Library protects Intellectual Property rights. That is why it prohibits the publication of works and articles that violate laws on copyright, patents, trademarks, models and industrial designs or industrial secrets.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to and use of our website. Nothing in this disclaimer:

Libreriacad.com does not control the calculation, nor does it verify the technical aptitude of the published works, therefore in no case will libreriacad.com be responsible for damages derived from the use of the published material.

Libreriacad.com is not responsible for any damage, harm or loss to the User caused by failures in the system, on the server or on the Internet.

Libreriacad.com will not be responsible for any virus that could infect the User's equipment as a consequence of the access, use or examination of its website or as a result of any transfer of data, files, images, or texts contained therein.

Users may NOT impute any responsibility or demand payment for lost profits, due to damages resulting from technical difficulties or failures in the systems or on the Internet.

Libreriacad.com does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access and use of its site. The system may eventually be unavailable due to technical difficulties or Internet failures, or for any other circumstance beyond Libreriacad.com; In such cases, efforts will be made to restore it as quickly as possible without any type of responsibility being imputed for this.
