Ripe coffee classifier siphon

Coffee fruit density classifying siphon; It is used to separate ripe fruits (red) from unripe fruits (green) using the density technique; The mature grain is heavier and lower and by continuous flow of water entering the siphon it is pushed towards the central tube and sucked out; while the green grain floats and is discarded or reused apart from the ripe fruit.
