The project is based on the concept of organizing an attractive and highly functional commercial complex taking advantage of its environment and positioning. It is made up of two anchor stores; a supermarket; two blocks of modulated retailers with a multiple of 3; a food court; recreation areas; benches and a future expansion area for a zoo and theme park.
