The present project to be presented is based on the priority need to prevent natural disasters caused by rain; hail; and other natural phenomena in which populations are affected. the community of huanaccmarca is surrounded by two rivers; The first is a large river called Huanaccmarca; the second called ccarhuaras river; which cross the population; the first passes through the left side of the town; the second crosses through the population. these rivers in dry season are harmless and have little volume of water; but when the rainy seasons begin (December to March) these rivers grow considerably; putting the lives of the inhabitants of huanaccmarca at risk.
