Multipurpose building: commercial; offices, cultural center and housing

Architectural plans of a multipurpose building located in the Piura region, a 9-story building with two basement floors can be seen, in which the first two are commercial floors followed by the plant of the cultural center located on the third level and restored in the later plants the offices are located; the houses in which are duplex and four penthouses.
