Cultural and recreational center located in the city of Lambayeque Peru; the complex includes: theater; Investigation center; exposition halls; workshops; library; restaurants; multipurpose courts. General plans and developments of each of these. The theories of fractals and the Moebius strip have been used in the shape of the building.
