Single family Home; offices and room rental

This project includes the design on the first floor of a house plus an office and a store; on the second floor offices for rent and on the third floor rooms for rent. It has differentiated income for both the first floor and the second and third. This project presents volumes that stand out on the second floor; generating balconies and ending in sloping ceilings.
