Sports unit consisting of 2 soccer fields; an athletics track and 2 basketball courts distributed in 3 platforms; taking advantage of the topography at different levels. On the first level, a platform will be built at an elevation of 109 m, in which a soccer field will be built, complying with the north-south orientation, and at the same level around the field, an athletics track will be built; It will continue with a second platform at an elevation of 114 m for another soccer field with the same orientation and a third platform at an elevation of 118 m for the basketball courts, also facing north-south.
