This document shows the houses for a subdivision made with autocad 2020. As a first instance, the architectural plans of a social interest house are shown; as well as social medium interest and plans for a house of residential interest; all these designed based on the pachuca regulation; It shows a plan of a 4-story building; where you can see that the parking lot is in the lower part of the building for a better use of space; In this way, parking is saved to build more homes, which is what a subdivision is looking for. Finally, there are the facades and the cuts for a better understanding of the integration of each house.
