Plans and elevations of the project that joins the border of Constitución with the island; the program is pedestrian and fluvial; with nautical stations that hang from the central route; the one that connects with the pre-existing tourist route on the island; which ends in the memorial to the victims of the tsunami of February 27, 2010. the design is made of wood; structured with piles that discharge to the bottom of the river.
