This project is located in Lima; It is a four-story multi-family building; a semi-basement and roof terrace as the finishing touch of the design. the land of the project is 15.00m. x 7.00m; It consists of two street fronts; In front of the 15 meters is a park; which conditions the visuals and main entrances and stairs; as well as terraces distributed on all floors, generating a set of volumes that integrate with each other in the composition of the façade.
