A reduction gear is an arrangement by which the input speed can be decreased for a slower output speed requirement; with the same output pair or more. The reduction gear assembly consists of a set of rotating gears connected to a wheel work. the high-speed incoming movement of the wheel work is transmitted to the rotating gear set; where the movement or torque is changed. The number of gears used in the reduction gear assembly depends on the required output speed of the application. The reduction gear assembly is generally known as a reduction gearbox. this is a two stage gearbox for 0.5kw
