This project seeks to provide the town of Chacos with a civic center so that the new premises of the municipality of Chacos can function there - the project focuses on the development of the municipal premises that have all the necessary offices for the workers and authorities to provide an efficient service to the community; the offices are distributed in four levels, locating the offices of the mayor and municipal council on the second level, the others are distributed on the other levels, the façade evokes a colonial style mixed with modernity and typical elements of the area; 3D views of the façade and some parts of the interior of the municipal premises are included; There is also a view with the location that the building has with the environment that surrounds it
