8-story multi-family building

Project carried out in the building course 3 of the Faculty of Architecture of the Ricardo Palma University; Said project has 8 levels with a roof terrace; a parking lot on the first floor and two units per floor on successive levels; the roof terrace is used as a recreation area and barbecue. All architecture and distribution plants are attached.
